Charlene O’Grady is a Registered Massage Therapist trained in General Swedish Massage techniques, as well as Trigger Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Joint Mobilization, Remedial Exercise and Myofascial Release techniques. She has previous experience in various hospital and sports settings addressing numerous injuries and pathologies.

Charlene is a conscientious massage therapist who possesses a dedication to the health and well-being of each client. She will work with you wherever you’re at on your healing journey, whether by increasing range of movement after an injury or surgery, or by assisting you to relax and de-stress from the routines of everyday life. Charlene is committed to helping you restore your body’s balance. Her curious nature keeps her motivated to explore the latest research in science and massage therapy. She believes in life-long learning and furthers her knowledge with continuing education courses to enhance her practice in an effort to address the various needs of her clients.

Charlene graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario and with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Waterloo.

She enjoys music, yoga, creating art, and spontaneous trips to the beach in her spare time.
